The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices for its rooms. The attention to detail is evident with the tasteful decoration and clean rooms. The location by the river provides a scenic view of the Schelde waterfront across from the castle. The staff is friendly and provides good service to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a satisfying start to the day.
The only minor issue is that some rooms have a noisy ventilator.

The hotel is situated on a corner with almost no sidewalk, making it a safe environment for families with small kids. it is conveniently located next to the finest restaurants like Lollapalooza, perfect for a family meal. The hotel is also very close to the center of old Antwerp, allowing easy access to all the major attractions.
The Wi-Fi requires frequent logins, which can be a hassle for guests, especially if they are trying to stay connected for work or leisure purposes.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the famous Docks Cafe fish restaurant by the river and right in the center of town. The hotel had great facilities, including a fridge and coffee-making facilities in the room. The breakfast was fine, with a good selection of fruit, bread, croissant, coffee, and juice. The staff was helpful and provided personal service.
